Ingredients:
4-5 slices of bread with the crusts cut off
1 pound Jimmy Dean’s sausage, browned
Onions and peppers, however many you like, cooked tender with sausage
2-3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
( it’s better if you hand grate the cheese, instead of buying it already grated)
12 eggs
1can Evaporated Milk
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly spray an 9 x 10 glass baking dish.
Line the bottom with the crust less bread.
Top with the sausage, onions and peppers.
In another bowl, crack eggs, add the can of milk and use a whisk to beat eggs and milk together. I like to sprinkle with Lawry Season salt and pepper. Pour over top of sausage.
Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If I have bacon or sausage or ham leftover, this works perfect for this. Also, I’ve used leftover hash browns and put in with my sausage. You can spice it up however you want! You can add different cheeses, or more eggs.Mushrooms are a great option. It’s really good if you prepare it the night before and bake the next morning. Great for Christmas Morning!!
