1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon salt, divided
3 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg whites and 1/2 teaspoon salt until frothy.

In a separate bowl, sift powdered sugar, flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt three times.

Now beat egg white mixture while gradually adding sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.

Gradually fold dry mixture into egg whites. Continue folding until batter runs from the spoon like a ribbon. Transfer batter to piping bag and pipe onto silicone baking mat. Tap pan to release all air bubbles! Allow to fully dry prior to baking. Bake at 350º for 17 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing and filling.
