1 1/2 lbs. ground ham
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 cups cracker crumbs
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
Chopped onion, if you like

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water

Mix ham, beef, cracker crumbs, eggs, milk and onion together and form in 20 individual loaves. Put in pans and pour sauce over.

For sauce, mix all ingredients together and heat until dissolved. Pour over loaves. Cover. Turn loaves the last 20 minutes and cook uncovered. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or more.
