"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a bowl and dip chicken in it. Soak 3 minutes in a pan and put in a separate bowl (don't drain) Stack or layer in a bowl. Use 1/3 of left over marinate and pour over chicken. Best over-night or at least six hours. Grill or broil until chicken is tender and juices run clean. Serve over rice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Same thing will work for chicken wings (Buffalo wings) but with skin on and marinate over night. Good idea to put small slit thru meat to soak up marinade. Drumsticks work, slit sides with skin and marinade.
