1 cup soy or teriyake sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup rice wine
4 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
4 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoon sesame seed oil
2 cups water

Directions:

Mix ingredients in a bowl and dip chicken in it. Soak 3 minutes in a pan and put in a separate bowl (don't drain) Stack or layer in a bowl. Use 1/3 of left over marinate and pour over chicken. Best over-night or at least six hours. Grill or broil until chicken is tender and juices run clean. Serve over rice.

Same thing will work for chicken wings (Buffalo wings) but with skin on and marinate over night. Good idea to put small slit thru meat to soak up marinade. Drumsticks work, slit sides with skin and marinade.
