Ingredients:  
-1 big box red strawberry or cherry jello (can be sugar free or not)
-1big box green/lime jello
-sour cream
-1 can with juice (not syrup)crushed pineapple
-1 bag shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make the Jello as directed but use the pineapple juice as part of the liquid.
2. Let the Jello get firm but not totally firm
3. Put a tablespoon of sour cream in the Jello. Mix with a hand mixer.
4. Add more sour cream if needed.
5. Mix in crushed pineapple and some coconut flakes.
6. Pour into greases bunt pan in layers-red on top, green in bottom.
7. Let gel and set in the refrigerator.
8. Put on plate and serve.
