1 c. sweet cream
1 c. broth or juice from a roast
2 to 4 eggs
1 T. flour
Good-size onion
1 1/2 to 2 lb. liver
3/4 to 1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 T. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Sm. 1/2 tsp. allspice
Sm. 1/2 tsp. cloves
Sm. 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Grind liver 3 times. Mix all together well and bake in loaf pan in a pan of water, about 1 hour at 325°, or until done.
Note: Can be frozen in loaf pan and baked later.
