5 cups oatmeal
2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar packed
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
24 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
2 -7 ounce Hershey candy bars
3 cups pecans optional

Process oatmeal in food processor until flour like. Melt butter add sugars,eggs, vanilla mix well. Mix dry ingredients add to butter mixture. Add chocolate chips and candy, pecans last. I use a cookie scoop about the size of a walnut and bake 2” apart on a greased cookie sheet bake at 375º for 10 minutes.

Make approximately 112 cookies. This recipe can be cut in half.
