1 3/4 cup pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp allspice
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 425º oven until custard is set; 45 - 60 minutes. To test for doneness, insert knife into center of pie; if it comes out clean it is done. Top with whipped cream.

Yum! I love Pumpkin Pie and this is hands down the best. Mix cinnamon into the whipped cream for an extra special taste.
