8 slices bread
2 cups milk
8 eggs
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 tablespoon flakes or minced onion
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups Velveeta cheese
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 tablespoon dried mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, drain. Butter bread and cube. Sprinkle over 9 x 13” pan. Mix cheese and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle pepper and onion. Mix eggs, milk and flour and pour on top. Make the night before and let set in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
