1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. dry milk
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg until fluffy. Add molasses and milk; beat well.
Add next 6 ingredients; beat 1 minute. Add flour. Mix well. Form into balls; roll in sugar. Sprinkle each cookie with a few drops of water. Bake at 375° for 14 minutes.
