1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. cold water
Salt
1/2 c. milk
2 to 3 c. graham flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and cream well. Dissolve the baking soda in the cold water. Add salt and milk, then add to creamed mixture. Add enough graham flour so dough has the consistency of cookie dough. Cool in the refrigerator so it is easier to roll out. Roll dough out thin on a pastry cloth lightly sprinkled with graham flour. Cut into squares and bake like cookies.
