1/3 c butter
2/3 c packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1/2 c unsweet applesauce
1 1/4 c flour
1 1/4 c rolled oats
1/2 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter with electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda. Beat until combined while scraping side of bowl. Beat in eggs and applesauce till combined. Beat in as much flour as you can with mixer. Stir in remaining flour, rolled oats, raisins and walnuts. Drop by rounded spoonful 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden browned. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
