- 1 cup of sifted flour - 1 cup of boiling water - 4 eggs - 1/2 teaspoon of salt - 6oz unsalted butter - 1 cup of instant vanilla pudding mix - 3/4 cup of milk - 1/2pt of heavy whipping cream. - 1 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

heat oven to 350F degrees, and in a medium size sauce pan combine with a wooden spoon butter , salt& water , heat until boiling, then add to the water sifted flour mix,beat, until it leaves the sides of the pot, then remove from heat and let cool in fridge for 5 minutes then add unbeaten eggs one at a time and beat through after each mix until smooth and bake at 350F degrees for 10 minutes and in a cold bowl in beat with wire whisk pudding mix,milk & heavy cream & vanilla until stiff enough to pipe into a piping bag
