2 C sugar
1 C water
1 tbsp butter
6 eggs (4 yolk, 2 whole)
2½ lemons
Salt
Flour
12" pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 350º
Boil sugar + water to thin thread. Add butter. Beat eggs, add syrup slowly. Add 2½ lemons. Add salt & flour. Place in 12" pie shell.
Bake for 15-20 mins
