2/3 cup melted butter
2 cups lightly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons hot water
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
2 2/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and hot water. Mix well. Stir in remaining dry ingredients. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
