Cream:
1/2 Cup butter
1/2 Cup sugar

Add:
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 Cup milk

Mix:
2 Cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Add more flour as needed so dough doesn't stick to hands (up to 3 Cups more). Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Roll dough onto floured board or countertop. Cut with cookie cutters.

Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
