1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

1) Mix butter & sugar with electric mixer.

2) Separately, mix eggs, milk, and extracts. Gradually mix into the butter/sugar mixture.

3) Separately, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the mixture.

4) This can be rolled out in dough for sugar cookies with cookie cutter shapes or cut in a log. If using sprinkles or colored sugar, add before baking.

5) Bake 375º 8-10 minutes. Do not brown Ice with royal icing.
