GRAHAM COOKIE
1 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup White Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla
3/4 cup Graham Crumbs

CARAMEL SAUCE
15 Werther's soft crème caramel
2 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP Whipping Cream

CARAMEL CREAM CHEESE ICING
4 oz. - 125 g. Cream Cheese
1 TBSP Butter
1/4 cup Icing Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Marshmello Fluff
1 tsp Sea Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine Graham Crumbs, Flour, BP, S and Salt.
2. Beat Butter, Sugars, Egg and Vanilla and stir into Graham Crumb Mixture
3. Divide dough in 16 portions and roll into balls. Arrange on Parchment Paper. Press to flatten. Bake 10 - 15 minutes... Cool
4. Caramel Sauce. Put ingredients in saucepan and cook 3 minutes and cool
5. Icing Combine ingredients , put in fringe 10 minutes then ice cookies

Oven 375 deg.
