1 pound ground round steak
1 large onion, chopped
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 beef boullion cube
2 packages (3/8 oz) dried mushrooms
1 small can mushroom stems and caps, chopped
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak dried mushrooms in hot water for 1 hour. Brown the onion and garlic and set aside. Brown the meat, then drain any fat from the meat. Chop the dried muhrooms when soft. Add all ingredients together including the water from the mushrooms. Simmer for 1 to 2 hours, adding water if the sauce is too thick.
