1 box of cake mix ( I did with red velvet for holidays )
1 8oz container of cool whip
1 egg
Bowl of confectionery sugar

Blend all together till smooth.( it will be wet , I use 2 teaspoons to scoop out, but a small ice cream scoop will work ) pre heat over to 350

Scoop out some cookie dough and drop in sugar roll into ball and cover cookie completely. Put on cookie sheet I use parchment paper on cookie sheet but if you don’t have no worries.
Cook for 12 minutes, let cool
