BOWL 1 - Mix together
5 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder

BOWL 2 - Mix together in 1 bowl
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla

BOWL 3 - Cream together in MIXER
1 Cup Butter - Softened
1 3/4 Cup Sugar

FROSTING
2 Cups Butter - Softened
32 oz Powdered Sugar
4 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp + Milk

Alternate mixing contents of bowls 1 and 2 into the mixer with ingredients of bowl 3. Chill overnight.

Flour working surface. Place a handful of dough on surface and coat both sides with flour. Roll to approx. 1/4". Cut out shapes and place on uncreased cookie sheet and bake at 350º for about 8-10 minutes. Until the bottoms are very light brown. Cool and frost.

Frosting - mix together ingredients until desired consistency. Divide into smaller bowls and add food coloring and mix.
