36 oz unseasoned brownberry stuffing
1 whole bunch of celery
1 medium sweet onion
2 1/4 lbs butter
2 lbs unseasoned ground pork sausage
3 TBSP sage
3 TBSP poultry seasoning
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 16oz can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork sausage and cool. Put aside. Saute celery, onion with butter until partially cooked. Let cool. In a large mixing bowl combine bread crumbs (stuffing), pork sausage, celery, onion, butter. Mix some and add sage, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix again. Add more spices to taste. Add chicken broth if needed to moisten all bread crumbs and mix one last time. Can be put in the fridge. When ready to serve warm in a slow cooker lined with foil for 2 1/2-3 hrs on low.
