Pumpkin Cookie:
2 c Sugar
2 c Crisco (Butter Flavor) Shortening
16 oz Canned Pumpkin
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
4 c flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Allspice

Icing:
1 lb Powder Sugar
1/2 c Real Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Milk (see instructions)

Directions:
Directions:
Pumpkin Cookies:
Mix sugar and Crisco shortening.
Add pumpkin, eggs and vanilla. Mix together.
Add baking powder, baking soda and spices. Mix together.
Slowly add flour and mix well.
Drop dough from teaspoon onto a greased sheet.
Bake at 350º for 12 to 15 minutes.

Buttercream Icing:
Mix sugar, vanilla and butter together.
Add milk until it can be easily spread.
