1 cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
4 cups of all purpose flour
8 tsps of baking powder
4 eggs
1 cup of orange juice
Icing sugar
maraschino cherries, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar with oil. Add eggs and orange juice. Fold in flour and baking powder. You may need to add a bit more flour to get desired consistency for batter. If batter is too sticky it will be hard to manipulate in the icing sugar. Use a teaspoon to scoop out batter and place in icing sugar. Roll in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet. Top with a quarter of a maraschino cherry. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
