4 to 6 chicken breast halves, cooked
1 1/2 cups of frozen peas
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoon oil or shortening
Salt and pepper
2 or 3 cups rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts until tender and set aside to cool. Prepare rice according to package directions. If you are using a rice cooker, it will take approximately 20 minutes.

If necessary, bone and skin chicken breasts and cut into bite size pieces. Prepare gravy melting shortening in a large skillet until hot, stir in flour until browned. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until thickened. Add chicken pieces and frozen peas. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 5 minutes until peas are done. Serve over rice. Makes about 2 - 4 generous servings.

When cooking chicken breasts, add chopped onion, chopped celery and chicken bouillon cubes or granules to enhance flavor.
