1 lb. ground beef or bulk sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cans stewed tomatoes, quickly blended
1 can Brooks Hot Chili Beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder, if desired
1 cup beef broth
1 to 2 tablespoon flour or corn starch, to thicken
1 1 /2 cups macaroni, cooked as directed on package

In skillet, cook meat, onion and green pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, beans, sauce, salt, chili powder, if desired. To thicken, dissolved flour (or corn starch) in beef broth and add, stirring well to blend. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over cooked macaroni.
