1 package Betty Crocker Au Gratin potatoes
2 1/2 cups boiling water
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cut cooked chicken
1 can/jar 4 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cracker crumbs or crushed flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and pour into 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle crumbs or flakes on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
