8 Eggs
4 C. Sugar
1½ C. Cocoa Powder
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Vanilla

Mix above altogether then add:

4 C. Flour
1¾ C. Vegetable Oil

Mix for 3 minutes
Refrigerate Overnight

Bake 375º for 9 minutes & NO longer & frost with buttermilk frosting

Bake at 375º for 9 minutes NO longer, cool & frost with buttermilk frosting & enjoy! These cookies can be frozen.
