Sauce:
Gallon of crushed tomatoes
Small can of tomato paste
Green bell pepper
Pack of sweet sausage/mild
2.2 lb of ground beef (⅔)
1lb pork ground (⅓)
Parmesan cheese
Pepperoni
Bay leaves


Meatballs:
Mix ground beef and pork with 2 eggs
Add salt and pepper
Add parsley flakes
Add Italian bread crumbs
Pinch brand seasoning if you want
Parmesan cheese
Worcester sauce
Garlic granulated or powder
Onion powder

Sauce:
Put can of crushed tomatoes into kettle
Rinse out and get all into kettle
Put paste into kettle rinse out to get all in
Cut up bell pepper (I do strips) and remove seeds, add into kettle
Italian spices sprinkle all over
Salt/pepper to taste
Garlic salt or powder
Sugar to taste
Bay leaves (a handful)

Sausage:
Start sausage in fry pan with water 3 mild links Italian sausage
Cut sausage into pieces
Brown in pan dump all contents in
Boil water and scrape all pan contents in

Meatballs:
Mix up and add water until soft and plyable
Cover cooking sheet with oil and minced garlic
Ball up meatballs to desired size
Cook for approx. 20 mins at 350º depending on oven and size of meatballs

When they are done put all contents (grease and all) in sauce
Add in pepperoni

Let sauce simmer with lid ON until meatballs and sausage are cooked (approx 2 hrs)
Stir intermittently
Then let simmer without lid for 45 mins

Serve over any pasta you like--Granny loves Angel Hair.

Can also be eaten simply in a bowl with buttered white bread for dipping!
