2-3 Tbl fresh garlic
1 Tbl horseradish
(3) 8 oz packages of Sharp cheddar
(2) 8 oz packages of Monterey Jack
2 8 oz packages of cream cheese-room temperature
8-10 oz of fresh crumbled blue cheese
4 oz fresh grated Parmesan cheese

All cheeses should be grated. Mix by hand only. Can increase garlic if desired.
Optional: can roll in one of the following if desired-parsley, paprika, crushed walnuts….etc.
