2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
11 oz Ghirardelli’s grand semi sweet choc chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. In med bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large mixing bowl beat melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar for 2 mins on medium. Add egg, yolk, and vanilla until well combined. Add dry ingredients in thirds and mix until combined. Fold in Grand choc chips. Drop by rounded Tbs onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 mins or until edges just start to brown. Remove and let stand 2 mins. Cool on wire racks.
