½ lb ground chuck
½ lb ground pork
½ lb ground veal
1 beaten egg
¼ cup minced green pepper
¼ cup of minced onion
2 cloves of garlic minced
¼ cup gates parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and roll into 1 inch balls.i drop them into the spaghetti sauce and cook low for 3 hours until done. You can also line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place meatballs on it. Cook for 20 minutes on 325º then place in sauce.
