1 C butter
1/2 C powdered sugar
1 3/4 C cake flour
1 C very finely chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and mix. Add vanilla and nuts. Roll in small balls and flatten a little on cookie sheet. Bake about 12 minutes at 350º. Cool and roll in powdered sugar. Cookies should not be brown. (Mom's note: may be rolled in waxed paper and refrigerated until baking day. Slice and place on cookie sheet when ready to bake).
