3 eggs

1 1/4 C light brown sugar

1 C sugar

1/2 t salt

1/2 vanilla

12 oz creamy peanut butter

1/2 C butter (softened)

1/2 C M &Ms

1/2 Chocolate chips

2 t baking soda

4 1/2 C Quick cooking oatmeal (not instant)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl combine eggs and sugars, mix well.

Add in salt, vanilla, butter and peanut butter. Mix well.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart on to cookie sheets.

Bake 8-10 minutes.

I love to make these for parties or potlucks. I use different colored M&Ms depending on the season or theme of the party. You could also add in other things like raisins (I'm just not a fan).
