1 small chuck roast
½ teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
Water just to cover roast

Directions:
Directions:
Cook on low at 300º for 4 hours until you can shred roast. Or put in a slow cooler for 6 hours. Remove most of the fat and shred. Serve on rye party bread.
