3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 Tbsp cocoa
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup oil
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups cold water
Frosting:
1/2 melted butter/margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1-2 Tbsp milk to get spreading consistency
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add oil, vinegar and water. Beat well. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan or 2 round layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until tests done with toothpick in middle. Frost when cooled completely.
