½ c. soft shortening
1½ c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
½ t. baking powder
¾ t. baking soda
½ t. salt
¼ c. buttermilk
1 c. mashed bananas
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 4 ingredients. Sift together next 4 ingredients. Add buttermilk and bananas.
Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
Good frosted with 7-Minute frosting.
