1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 bananas, mashed
1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spray 2 loaves pan (9x5x3) with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake the at 325* for 1 hour.
