2 c. flour
4 egg yokes
3 Tbls. water
1 tsp. salt

(Triple recipe for a dozen yokes)

Directions:
Beat egg yokes, water and salt and work in as much flour as you can and yet allow you to roll it out good. Divide dough in thirds for rolling out so you can get the dough thin. Cut in noodles. Let air dry before storing.
