3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin (mashed)
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine oil, egg, water and pumpkin, beat well.
Add to dry ingredients mixing well.
Stir in nuts.
Pour batter into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes or until done.
