1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Lard, room temperature
3/4 tsp. Salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Makes one crust.

Add salt to flour and sift into mixing bowl. Add lard and mix with pastry blender until mixture resembles course meal. Sprinkle water over surface of the flour mixture and mix gently with fork. Keep adding sprinkle's of water until it forms a soft dough. Try not to over work the dough. Roll out dough on floured surface place in pie pan.

If you need a baked single crust. Crimp edges, punch crust with fork to prevent air bubbles. Bake at 425º F. for 12 - 15 minutes until lightly browned. Cool before filling.
