Cookie raw ingredients
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c Holiday M&Ms or Hershey's Holiday candy bits
1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 c cocoa crisped rice cereal (or regular flavor)
1/2 c white chocolate chips

Cooking ingredients
1/2 c butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg

Directions:

In a 1-quart wide mouthed jar, add the ingredients in the order listed above. Pack the ingredient down firmly after each addition (use the blunt end of a table knife or a wooden spoon to level and tamp down each layer). Screw on the cover.

Add the cooking instructions with the jar:

To make your holiday cookies, cream together butter, vanilla extract and egg in large bowl. Add contents of the jar and stir until well blended. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
