9 eggs, hard boiled
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp mustard, optional
2 drops Worcestershire sauce, optional
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place eggs in large saucepan, covered with water. Bring to a boil, and cook for 15 minutes, or until eggs are hard boiled.

2. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

3. Peel eggs. Dice eggs with an egg slicer or with a knife.

4. Pour sauce over eggs, and gently combine. May be refrigerated until ready to serve.
