1 c. flour
1/8 t. baking powder
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. ginger
1/8 t. cloves
1/3 c. shortening
1 t. vinegar
3 t. orange juice

Filling:
3 T. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. cloves
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Bake 55 minutes at 450 for 10 min. then 325 for 45 minutes.
