½ c. vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate with oil and add sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight.

Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into powdered sugar. Roll in sugar, shape in balls.

Bake at 350º on greased cookie sheet for 10 -12 minutes.
