4 hard boiled eggs
cut in two- take out yolks and mix in:
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1/2 t. dry mustard
1 T. pimentos
salt and pepper
2 T chopped pickle
2 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put yolk mixture into the white.
Serve with salad dressing ~ lettuce
