4 Cups Cubed Bread (soft or dry)
1/2 Cup Raisins
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place bread cubes in lightly greased 1 qt. casserole. sprinkle with raisins.
Combine eggs, sugar, salt , cinnamon, vanilla and milk;beat well.
Pour over bread cubes in casserole dish.
Set casserole dish in baking pan with 1 inch hot water.
Bake 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve warm.
