8 ounces elbow macaroni
16 ounces corned beef, chopped
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
small onion, chopped
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
dash of garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*

1. Cook the macaroni in 2 quarts salted boining water for 8 minutes until tender.
2. Mix mushroom soup and milt together.
3. Add the corned beef, shredded cheese, onion and garlic salt to the wet mixture.
4. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray or grease generously.
5. Alternate layers of corned beef mixture and cooked pasta.
6. Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs.
7. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

This is from Peg Bracken's "I Hate to Cook" cookbook. This was a classic when I was young. The recipes were easy and tasty. I wish I had a copy again!
