Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 boneless breasts
1 cup buttermilk
1½ cup flour
1 t. salt
½ t. Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1 t. pepper
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and put it in a zip lock bag. Pour in buttermilk and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight, if possible. Heat oil in a large deep pot. In a separate zip lock bag, 1½ c. flour, 1 t. salt, ½ t. Lowry’s Seasoned Salt and 1 t. pepper. Shake well. Test oil by dropping a piece of flour into it. If the flour sizzles and floats, the oil is ready. Drop the chicken pieces in the flour one at a time. Shake until each piece is thoroughly coated and then drop in oil. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and usually will float to the top. Do not overcook. Place chicken on a plate lined with paper towels. Cut one piece and make sure it is fully cooked.
