Whole graham crackers
¾ cup butter
⅔ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla or maple flavoring
1¼ cups graham wafer crumbs

Icing:
1½ cups icing sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1½ tsp. water
½ tsp. vanilla or maple

Directions:
Directions:
Line ungreased 9x9 inch pan with whole graham crackers, trimming to fit. Combine butter, sugar, milk, vanilla in large saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs. Pour over crackers in pan. Cover with layer of whole crackers, trimming to fit. Cool, then frost, letting stand a few hours before cutting.
To make frosting beat ingredients together, adding more water if it is too stiff.
